Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for orders in the online shop at www.qvevriweine.de

1. Scope and seller

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders you place via the online shop on this website. Your contractual partner is Ana Razmadze, Qvevri – Georgischer Wein, Scheelenstraße 21, 31134 Hildesheim, e-mail g.w.h.qvevri@gmail.com, phone +49 176 76716213 (further details in the Legal notice). We sell exclusively to persons aged 18 or over.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of the wines on this website does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to place an order. You add wines to the cart, choose shipping or collection, enter your details and can review and correct everything before submitting. By clicking “Order with obligation to pay” you submit a binding offer and are redirected to the payment page of our payment service provider SumUp. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as you successfully complete the payment there; we thereby accept your offer. We confirm receipt of your order by e-mail. The contract language is German. We store the order data; you receive it with the confirmation e-mail and can access and save these Terms and Conditions on this page at any time.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT. For shipping within Germany we charge €9.99 per order; for orders with a goods value of €70.00 or more, shipping is free. Collection from the shop is free of charge. You can see the shipping costs in the cart and at checkout before submitting your order.

4. Delivery, collection and age verification

We only deliver to addresses in Germany. The delivery time is 2–5 working days after receipt of payment. Because we sell alcoholic beverages, we only deliver to persons aged 18 or over; the delivery driver checks the recipient's age on handover (visual age check). If this is not possible, the parcel will not be handed over. When collecting, please show us an ID document in the shop. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

5. Payment

You pay online via SumUp when placing your order. The payment methods available (for example credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) are shown on SumUp's payment page. The amount is due upon completion of the order.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the Cancellation policy.

8. Statutory warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies. Please report any visible transport damage to the delivery service and to us as quickly as possible; this does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
